Orders shipped via FedEx Ground (FREE FREIGHT ORDERS INCLUDED) received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day if possible. Shipments that require a truck (LTL) must be received before 11:30 AM to ship the same business day. Orders received later than these times will be shipped the following business day.
On occasion, we run out of products. If this should happen, we will contact you ASAP via email to let you know of a delay in shipping. We will offer optional sizes, a refund, or provide the expected ship date should you have the option to wait for product that will not ship as expected. We will make every effort to help cover your needs.
Defective Products: Should you receive a product you believe is defective, please contact GPS immediately, toll free 866-597-9298, or 760-597-9298, or via email at email@example.com. We will discuss how we can help you with whatever is wrong.
Customer Elected Returns: If you want to return, new, unused merchandise, we will be happy to take it back. We ask that you pay the return shipping costs, plus our outbound shipping costs. In the case of “Free Shipping” we still ask customers to pay our actual shipping cost to initially get the product to you. Returns must be in the original packaging, and in “As new” condition. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on special orders or custom orders.
Time Limit For Returns: Product must be returned to the GPS warehouse within 45 days from the date of initial shipment to the customer. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.
"Free Shipping" is defined as the delivered price of the goods shipped via FedEX Ground. If you require expedited shipping, you will need to pay for the additional shipping charge to have it expedited. Please call us to schedule the shipment if you require expedited service, or want to know when a product will arrive via any level of service.
When our customers are paying the shipping costs, we pass along our substantial shipping discounts, with NO Handling fees, NO up-charges, NO surprises. Shipping estimates are happily given, but may vary from the actual cost. We always ship from the nearest location to our customer's destination. In many cases, we can drop ship items from our manufacturer's plants/warehouses to save customers money. Our shipping professionals diligently work on finding the lowest shipping costs available at any given time. If customers prefer to ship using their carriers and accounts, we are happy to oblige.
For all rolls that are over 150 pounds, they must be shipped by truck (LTL). Please call for a shipping quote.
No minimum orders for items shown on our online shopping cart. Standard stocked items have no minimum order quantity. Special and Custom orders may have significant minimum orders.
